How exactly does the ordering process work?

After you have added your desired items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout. You will then need to provide your EA/Origin login information at checkout. Please enter your EA/Origin e-mail here. Your password will not be required for the entire order. After you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which will also contain your order number. Now please join our Discord so that a support representative can take care of your order. -> Discord link <-

Verification code

The game has introduced the use of a verification code with the July 2021 update. Therefore, it is necessary for us to obtain a verification code when we want to log into your account. There are two different ways to perform this verification: either via Discord or via email. After you submit your order, please send us a message with your order number. You will find it in your order confirmation email, which you received right after your purchase. We will then contact you shortly to obtain the verification code from EA that you will receive in your email. This verification code will allow us to access your account and add the items you ordered. Please note that this code is only valid for a few minutes. So if you are busy and cannot respond during this time, please contact us later.

How long does an order take?

Once we receive all the information from you, it is correct and the payment is received, your order will be processed within 24 hours.

How can I be sure that you will not steal my account?

We do not require a password from you. Therefore, we only have access to your account as long as we are processing the order. If we want to log in again afterwards, we would need a security code from you again.

Do my order details have to be correct?

It does not matter if your personal information is correct or not. It is important that you enter a correct email address and your correct EA email.

The game has been registered on another device Error

This means that we have just entered your game and we are uploading everything to your account. In the meantime, please do not log into your account until you receive an email from us. Depending on the size of your order, it may take several hours to process. It is important that you do not confuse this message with the “Your other device did not save your game progress” message.
