After you have placed your desired items in the Cart, you go to the Checkout. At the Checkout you will be asked for your EA / Origin access data, please enter your EA / Origin email and the EA / Origin password here. After your successful order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number by email.
The game added a requirement to use a verification code in the July game update 2021. Because of that will we need to receive a verification code when we login to your account. We have 3 different ways this verification can be handled, through our Ticket System, Instagram or Telegram. After your order, please send us a message with your Order Number (You can find this in your Order Confirmation email that you received right after purchase). We will then contact you shortly so you can give us the verification code from EA, which you will receive to your mail. This verification code will give us access to your account so we can place the ordered items. Please note that this code is only valid for a few minutes so if you are busy and cannot answer at that time, please reach out to us later.

If we have received all of the data from you, they are correct and the payment has been received, your order will be processed within 48 hours.
If you change your password at www.origin.com before placing your order, you will notice that when you change your password you have to answer your security question (or you have to create one if you haven't set one yet). Since you do not give us your security answer, we cannot change your password and therefore cannot steal your account.
It doesn't matter whether your personal information is correct or not. It is important that you enter a correct email address and your correct ORIGIN login details .
This means that we have just entered your game and are playing everything on your account. Please do not log into the account until you have received an email from us. Depending on the volume of your order, it can take several hours. However, you should not confuse this message with the message "Your other device did not save your game".
